Mufasha Uganda, founded in 2022, is born from a passionate commitment to improve the lives of vulnerable children and their communities. Starting as a small group deeply engaged with local communities, we tailored our programs to focus on education, healthcare, child protection, and community empowerment. Through partnerships and growth, we have expanded our reach, impacting countless children in Uganda. Today, we stand as a beacon of hope, dedicated to providing quality education, healthcare, and opportunities for every child, with a history of resilience and compassion paving the way for a brighter future

Our scholarship program is designed to break down the financial barriers that prevent vulnerable children in Uganda from accessing quality education. We identify deserving students and provide them with full or partial scholarships, covering not only tuition fees but also the cost of textbooks and essential school supplies. By doing so, we ensure that children have the opportunity to pursue their education without the burden of financial constraints.

In addition to scholarships, we understand that having the necessary school supplies is crucial for a child’s academic success. Many families struggle to afford basic materials like notebooks, pens, and uniforms. Our school supplies initiative ensures that every child we support is equipped with these essentials, creating a conducive learning environment and motivating children to attend school regularly.

We go the extra mile to support students in their academic journey. Our after-school tutoring program provides students with access to dedicated tutors who offer personalized assistance. These tutors help children improve their understanding of various subjects, enhance their study skills, and boost their confidence in the classroom. By providing this supplementary education, we empower children to excel in their studies and realize their full potential.

Regular health check-ups are crucial for vulnerable children. Many of them face health challenges that can be addressed through early detection and intervention. Our medical check-up camps bring medical professionals to the communities we serve, where they assess the health needs of children. We provide essential healthcare services and referrals as needed, ensuring that children receive the medical attention they require.

We are committed to protecting children from preventable diseases. Our vaccination programs aim to ensure that every child receives the necessary immunizations to safeguard their health. By providing access to vaccinations, we contribute to a healthier future for these children and reduce the risk of disease outbreaks in their communities.

Proper nutrition is fundamental to a child’s overall development. We understand that many vulnerable children face food insecurity. To address this issue, we offer nutritional support programs that include balanced meals, dietary supplements, and nutritional education. By ensuring that children have access to adequate nutrition, we promote their physical and cognitive growth, helping them thrive.
